As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Founder of Esmeralda Wellness Haven®, my dedication goes beyond traditional mental health care. I am here to help you navigate the "Corporate Bait-and-Switch" and reclaim the brilliance lost to masking.

My approach integrates clinical psychotherapy with innovative, holistic strategies to foster a space where your heritage and your performance finally coexist. Whether I am working with an individual on the therapy couch or a People Leader in the boardroom, my goal is to eliminate the exhaustion of Identity Fatigue and replace it with radical authenticity.

In addition to individualized therapy, I provide coaching, mentorship, and organizational consulting designed to stop the "brain drain" of assimilation.
