Esmeralda Wellness Haven® was created as a tribute to Teresa’s late grandmother, Esmeralda De La Cruz a curandera (healing woman).
Esmeralda believed in healing from within by fostering deep community connections and honoring the natural tools we already possess. Teresa spent her youth witnessing her grandmother’s ability to unite families and heal spirits through the power of food, herbal wisdom, and unconditional presence.
Today, Teresa continues this legacy by bringing the spirit of the curandera into modern systems. Whether in a clinical session or a corporate strategy meeting, the goal remains the same: to empower you to take off the mask, return to your community, and transform your own life.
